When Váldson Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Varjoia SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Váldson Lopes couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute Antônio do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Miro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Antônio do Vale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafino Miro. Banderaló's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antônio do Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The supporters of Varjoia SC booed when Banderaló was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Casomiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Antônio do Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot.
