After some careless play in the Joinville City - FSCMZ defense, Peep Pronk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haji Sarap. AC LeX Luthor's Julian Boni managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Drew Zaelani in the 41 minute of the game. João Francisco Arce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Maurício Bomba made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peep Pronk was the one to do the kick off. If Peep Pronk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Alvaro Errando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
