In the 6th minute Joinville City - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Henrique Camargo went to the cornerflag to take it. Drew Zaelani was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanildo Luis in the 8th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Attilio Fiordelisi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felice Di Biagio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th match minute, FC Mims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felice Di Biagio to maneuver through the defense. Karsten Ulbak missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 11 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Attilio Fiordelisi right hand side. Geovanildo Luis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Attilio Fiordelisi having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanildo Luis in the 17th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Attilio Fiordelisi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Attilio Fiordelisi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mbaka N'Diaye in the 20th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Mims's zone, Bernardino Llorenc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Attilio Fiordelisi came out of the goal and Bernardino Llorenc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geovanildo Luis struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Attilio Fiordelisi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joinville City - FSCMZ. Flavio Di Matteo kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Geovanildo Luis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 29th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 34 played minutes Geovanildo Luis rounded FC Mims's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geovanildo Luis in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Attilio Fiordelisi saved FC Mims from getting behind. FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovanildo Luis in the 42nd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Camillo Bocchi made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Geovanildo Luis notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi. Attilio Fiordelisi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 59 minutes of play, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Geovanildo Luis made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Attilio Fiordelisi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Attilio Fiordelisi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovanildo Luis, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Attilio Fiordelisi came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Joinville City - FSCMZ's Geovanildo Luis. But to his dismay, Geovanildo Luis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Adhemar Santos was substituted for Bernardino Llorenc. In the 76th minute, George Pogba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joinville City - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 79th minute Adhemar Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Fiordelisi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Attilio Fiordelisi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adhemar Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th match minute, FC Mims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camillo Bocchi to maneuver through the defense. Attilio Fiordelisi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Allbäck in the 91st minute of play. George Pogba scored 8-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Attilio Fiordelisi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
