Iwan Kasiewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Vasco Goycochea made a huge save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eriberto Miranda made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Adriano Toscano in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Kurdistan's Carlos-Alberto Bayona. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Kurdistan fully deserved thier win.
