Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Mangueira in the 86th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Haiti:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Del Materno Vengo:s goal. The referee gave Del Materno Vengo a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Juan Luis Dean, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Haiti's Noel Seide. 0-8.
