Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tincho Palermo started the match with the kick off. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tincho Palermo in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 7th minute of play forced Los Materos FC's goalkeeper Lazaros Kabantais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Axel Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lazaros Kabantais quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Tincho Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Braulio Milian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tincho Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Montenegro in the 27th minute. Colombia's Pascual Carballar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lazaros Kabantais in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Aaron Molina kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Tincho Palermo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tincho Palermo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 41st minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazaros Kabantais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Aaron Molina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Materos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombia the free kick. After 44 played minutes Los Materos FC got a freekick which was hit by Simon Diaz. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abram Sarmiento to strike the kick off in the second half. Lazaros Kabantais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 51st minute of the match. Lazaros Kabantais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tincho Palermo's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tincho Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tincho Palermo in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Los Materos FC's Tincho Palermo in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colombia's goalie prevented a goal. After 63 played minutes Los Materos FC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Molina. Los Materos FC made a substitution. Horacio Abajas replaced Braulio Milian. Los Materos FC's Filomeno Mendebal was substituted for Tincho Palermo. Los Materos FC made a substitution. Carlos Larpe replaced Elias Furman. After 64 played minutes Los Materos FC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Molina. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Lazaros Kabantais made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Secada in the 69th minute. Horacio Abajas scored 3-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abram Secadas short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Lazaros Kabantais to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Los Materos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Ignacio Mastache scored to the left of an out of position Lazaros Kabantais, making the score, 3-1. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Mendebal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 played minutes Abram Secada rounded Los Materos FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-2. Lazaros Kabantais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Ignacio Mastache managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Mastache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lazaros Kabantais breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
