Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The crowd rose to their feet as Venezuela's Tomas Illescas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roger Fagrell. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. Sebastian Qvarnström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Décio Rola in the 18th minute of the match. Guillermo Mariano made in the 20th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sjötorp IF's Sebastian Qvarnström. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Décio Rola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sjötorp IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Décio Rola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the game, Salvador Gisbert threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sjötorp IF's Gunnar Ahlerot quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Décio Rola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Décio Rola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sjötorp IF's Robert Andersson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Salvador Gisbert in the 37 minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, Décio Rola notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Sjötorp IF's Décio Rola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Sjötorp IF's Gunnar Ahlerot quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Salvador Gisbert, made in the 88th minute of the game. In the 89th minute, Décio Rola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
