Muñeco FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 11thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Muñeco FC's Tyrone Summerfield was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyrone Summerfield saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muñeco FC's Tyrone Summerfield played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Muñeco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Tyrone Summerfield reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Muñeco FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Muñeco FC's Tyrone Summerfield did a great save. In the 42nd minute Piotr Furgal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Muñeco FC's Tyrone Summerfield played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Tyrone Summerfield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 51st minute of play. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyrone Summerfield having to interfere. Tyrone Summerfield made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. After 56 minutes Muñeco FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Remigio Palban hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Remigio Palban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Muñeco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Tyrone Summerfield reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Víctor Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucio Perico during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lucio Perico kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Muñeco FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Antonio Inautzi tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Tyrone Summerfield. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-2 in the 78th minute. Remigio Palban hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 87 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. After 89 played minutes Muñeco FC got a freekick which was hit by Adan Lizer. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Muñeco FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tyrone Summerfield quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
