In the 88th minute Alfredo Intxixu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Scott Bramhall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Fernandino in the 89th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Joshua Miralles got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Seb Holdsworth in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Freixa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alejandro Villa hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Fc Malá Lula supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fc Malá Lula would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
