A very good chance for a goal. 25 minutes into the match, GLADIADORES's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Andrei Cerbu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Andrade in the 38th minute of play. Julian Murillo scored 1-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrei Cerbu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute, Julian Murillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anacleto Rozarius was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Sérgio Donato came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Rozarius in the 57th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anacleto Rozarius took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Zanette in the 59th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61stth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GLADIADORES's Andrei Cerbu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andrei Cerbu had great luck who in the 61stth minute grab hold of the ball when Julian Murillo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrei Cerbu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led Peru's Eliseo Mina to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrei Cerbu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the last second Andrei Cerbu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Moises Gayoso in the 64thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrei Cerbu having to interfere. GLADIADORES made a substitution. Paşa Safih replaced Johannes Stein. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Rozarius in the 78th minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sérgio Donato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilson Andrade's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. In the 88th minute Wilson Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Tenorio shot a long shot in the 91st minute and a light blocked Andrei Cerbu hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 2-4. Peru's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
