Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cassius Byrne made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind GLADIADORES's goalkeeper Andrei Cerbu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 4th minute of the match USA got a corner. GLADIADORES's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilson Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 minutes of play, GLADIADORES's Wilson Andrade made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Day was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Rozarius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 15 minutes, Anacleto Rozarius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GLADIADORES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anacleto Rozarius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by GLADIADORES's Anacleto Rozarius. But to his dismay, Anacleto Rozarius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sérgio Donato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrei Cerbu made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Edward Mcdonald sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, GLADIADORES's Andrei Cerbu got control of the ball when Edward Mcdonald tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cassius Byrne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrei Cerbu was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. In the 39th minute Wilson Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 42nd minute of play forced GLADIADORES's goalkeeper Andrei Cerbu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sérgio Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anacleto Rozarius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Wilson Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, GLADIADORES's Haakon Taankvist got a free kick in the 52nd minute. A collision led to GLADIADORES getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Sérgio Donato hit a great ball. Andrei Cerbu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 56th minute of play. Andrei Cerbu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 59th minute of the match. The corner led USA's Cassius Byrne to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrei Cerbu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Andrade came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Anacleto Rozarius sent off a good shot on target. GLADIADORES made a substitution. Paşa Safih replaced Johannes Stein. In the 73rd minute GLADIADORES were awarded a corner. César Souto went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in César Souto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. Edward Mcdonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Andrei Cerbu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Andrei Cerbu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 94 minutes into the game, USA's Khalid Parry nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andrei Cerbu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. There was no doubt that USA were the better team. USA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
