Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 俞军景 having to interfere. Gwidon Pawelczyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 minutes, Aurelio Fidensio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chesterfield and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. 12 minutes into the game, one of Chesterfield:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 16th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 俞军景 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which 俞军景 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petr Trnka. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chesterfield's goalkeeper 俞军景, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 俞军景 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Andino went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute, Chesterfield's Petr Trnka ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 36 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 俞军景 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petr Trnka in the 43rd minute. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. 俞军景 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador.

Chesterfield made a substitution. Godofredo Ciceron replaced Serafin Olayo. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Petr Trnka to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Chesterfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Ciceron to maneuver through the defense. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petr Trnka in the 61st minute of play. Agustín Saelices hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If Cosme Chale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petr Trnka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Chesterfield's goalkeeper 俞军景 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute of play forced Chesterfield's goalkeeper 俞军景 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Cosme Chale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelio Fidensio kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. 俞军景 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Chesterfield got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Fidensio. After having played for 80 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cosme Chale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petr Trnka in the 89th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petr Trnka in the 93rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but 俞军景 made a huge save.
