Nemesio Uxio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alan Brada made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Brada, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Patricio Costa notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Peluchita Fc's Elano Manco. Elano Manco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elano Manco stood somewhat misplaced when Tomas Illescas came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 59 minute. Salvador Gisbert charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salvador Gisbert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elano Manco made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elano Manco having to interfere. Elano Manco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 78th minute of play. Elano Manco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 79th minute. If Hilario Cresconio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Venezuela's Patricio Costa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elano Manco. That made the score 1-3 after 88 minutes of play. Elano Manco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The Venezuela players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
