Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hernán Crespo made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the match, Hernán Crespo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-0. El Millo de Haedo's Fernando Ruisko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of El Millo de Haedo booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernán Crespo got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute, El Millo de Haedo's Hernán Crespo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Uhin in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, El Millo de Haedo's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Fernando Ruisko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the match, Jorge Olguín dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Aurelio Aureo took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 65th minute, Pedro Gonzalez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Millo de Haedo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Hernán Crespo struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Millo de Haedo. Hernán Crespo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. With a little luck, El Millo de Haedo's Fernando Ruisko got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 72 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Jorge Olguín blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 77 minutes into the game, when Rigoberto Mina put in a rough tackle. In the 76th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for El Millo de Haedo. Hernán Crespo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 6-0. 82 minutes into the game, Hernán Crespo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Aureo in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Aurelio Aureo notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Gonzalez in the 95th minute of play.
