Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The audience was convinced that Zhao Yue Cheng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. A collision led to LUIZ PANATO getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Aki Guardo hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Arlindo de Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damian Urki kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aki Guardo in the 26th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Aki Guardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Zhao Yue Cheng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Zhao Yue Cheng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Zhao Yue Cheng sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Zhao Yue Cheng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhao Yue Cheng in the 47th minute of the match. The Venezuela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. LUIZ PANATO were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 53 minutes into the game, Zhao Yue Cheng cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Aki Guardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as LUIZ PANATO's Aki Guardo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 0-4 after 61 minutes of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. After a long run with the ball, Zhao Yue Cheng did a trick in the 66th minute in front of Venezuela's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-5. An impressive performance by LUIZ PANATO's Zhao Yue Cheng! 69 minutes into the match, Aki Guardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aki Guardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 71st minute, Aki Guardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, LUIZ PANATO's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Guto Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Aki Guardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. LUIZ PANATO's supporters rose to their feet, but Aki Guardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guto Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. If Aki Guardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zhao Yue Cheng got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over LUIZ PANATO could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Venezuela throughout the match.
