Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faiz Peng in the 9th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gianluigi Orange narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gianluigi Orange read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Cristo Ospin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Snorri De Hond in the 31st minute of the match. Snorri De Hond's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Orange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Snorri De Hond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Coice de Mula's Faiz Peng got a free kick in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Coice de Mula's Téo Massa was substituted for Snorri De Hond. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Téo Massa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo Massa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Coice de Mula were awarded a corner. Norbert Kosowski went to the cornerflag to take it. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Coice de Mula made a substitution. Romário Custódio replaced Franklin Moraes. Gianluigi Orange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Secada in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Coice de Mula's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kevin Mastache ran over to the corner to take the kick. Colombia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Elano Salgado scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Manzanares, making the score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Téo Massa in the 83rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romário Custódio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. When Colombia's Ignacio Mastache in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Coice de Mula's Téo Massa got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Abram Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Secada in the 96th minute of play forced Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Gianluigi Orange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Coice de Mula's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
