Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ecevit Canbulat went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 11th minute, 孔天风 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Seco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 马宽斐 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Ecevit Canbulat put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Browall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22ndth minute of the game Ecevit Canbulat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Nils Browall sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Browall in the 29th minute of play. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. 马宽斐 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Nils Browall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Escribano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uruguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ≮Empire≯猎户星 the free kick. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ecevit Canbulat, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nils Browall was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Alberto Gisbert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Gisbert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 马宽斐 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute Nils Browall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Browall in the 54th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. 马宽斐 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ecevit Canbulat. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils Browall in the 77th minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ecevit Canbulat in the 79th minute. 马宽斐 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 80th minute of play. ≮Empire≯猎户星's 彭旭鹰 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joaquin Gayoso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ecevit Canbulat who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Joaquin Gayoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to ≮Empire≯猎户星 getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. 狄朋洲 hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils Browall in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute Alberto Gisbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 马宽斐 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Alberto Gisbert notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of ≮Empire≯猎户星's 马宽斐. 马宽斐 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
