Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alberto Libertad kicked off to start the match. Felipe Ros kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Leo Formerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aybar Yalınalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 12th minute of play forced Chia Cami's goalkeeper Aybar Yalınalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aybar Yalınalp having to interfere. Panama were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Chia Cami's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abraham Alguacil took the corner. The corner led Panama's Abraham Alguacil to fire away a dangerous shot which Aybar Yalınalp despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Aybar Yalınalp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. In the 29th minute, Sixto Gaitan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chia Cami fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Libertad in the 34th minute of play. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 44 minutes, Herminio Chus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chia Cami and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes Chia Cami got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Chus. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aybar Yalınalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Chia Cami's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aybar Yalınalp came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aybar Yalınalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Chia Cami getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Teodosio Evangelista hit a great ball. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Chia Cami booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Miralles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aybar Yalınalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 77th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aybar Yalınalp was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Aybar Yalınalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
