Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 3rd minute of play forced Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Gualterio Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Gualterio Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Quebrachitos FC's Gualterio Loco managed to reach the ball for a save. After 6 minutes, Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Quebrachitos FC's Gualterio Loco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 9 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gualterio Loco. Quebrachitos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Gualterio Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gualterio Loco. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Daniel Zorita sped through Quebrachitos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gualterio Loco. After some careless play in the Quebrachitos FC defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gualterio Loco. The Quebrachitos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gualterio Loco should have stopped the shot. Gualterio Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play forced Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Gualterio Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Sarr was the one to do the kick off. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gualterio Loco made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Quebrachitos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Ecuador's Antonio Arias getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 59 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gualterio Loco was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 64 in the game by Daniel Zorita from a close distance when the talented Gualterio Loco managed to make a qualified save. Quebrachitos FC's players were relieved. 66 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Quebrachitos FC's Gualterio Loco. Gualterio Loco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Gualterio Loco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 72 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gualterio Loco. Felix Montenegro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Celedonio Gaizkine managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quebrachitos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Celedonio Gaizkine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 76 played minutes Quebrachitos FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Harriet. Felix Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gualterio Loco having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 82nd minute of play forced Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Gualterio Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gualterio Loco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. 92 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Gualterio Loco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Sarr in the 96th minute of play. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
