The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as LOBO 1908's Ernani Montenegro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rolando Noboa. That made the score 1-1 after 6 minutes of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulão Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Jurgen Iwens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Luz Tejedor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LOBO 1908's Jeremias Tande was substituted for Paulão Bezerra. 20 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Ernani Montenegro came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fergus Forester in the 32 minute of the game. Adilson Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After 35 played minutes LOBO 1908 got a freekick which was hit by Fergus Forester. The throw-in from Fergus Forester in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. With a little luck, LOBO 1908's Adilson Moraes got control of the ball when Luz Tejedor tried to sneak it across the goal line. LOBO 1908's Adilson Moraes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save LOBO 1908 from getting a goal against them. Peru made a substitution. The corner led Peru's Eliseo Mina to fire away a dangerous shot which Adilson Moraes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 88th match minute, LOBO 1908 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuri Recife to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Eliseo Mina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
