Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Augusto Stephen got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Augusto Stephen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Augusto Stephen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 6 played minutes Goblins F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gilvan Paes. In the 12th minute Augusto Stephen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Shen Yi Yuan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A nice corner shot did that Augusto Stephen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Goblins F.C. getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Vangel Hrulev hit a great ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Daniel Zorita in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Shen Yi Yuan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Shen Yi Yuan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Edvard Carlsson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edvard Carlsson. Goblins F.C.'s Shen Yi Yuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 61st minute of play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Shen Yi Yuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 69 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Shen Yi Yuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute of the match. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Goblins F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. In the 74th minute, Ecuador's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Augusto Stephen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvard Carlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 played minutes Goblins F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gilvan Paes. In the 89th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. Shen Yi Yuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 93rd minute of play.
