Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Marcus Diniz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Marcus Diniz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oswaldo Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Natanael Paraense. Goiás Esporte Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Umberto Peres came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Goiás Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Umberto Peres couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Peres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Marcus Diniz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-2. Marcus Diniz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 40th minute Marcus Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Goiás Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dênis Faria to maneuver through the defense. Natanael Paraense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Goiás Esporte Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to Goiás Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. 夏天 赵云凡 hit a great ball. After the first half Ecuador were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Diniz was the one to do the kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Diniz in the 52nd minute of play. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Natanael Paraense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 57th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Diniz in the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Goiás Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Natanael Paraense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. Natanael Paraense came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 67 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Diniz came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho pulled a muscle in his leg after 68 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 夏天 赵云凡's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 夏天 赵云凡 helped the player get up and apologised. Ecuador made a substitution. Diego Mancebo replaced Cristian Sancho. 夏天 赵云凡 kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Natanael Paraense was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Daniel Zorita. If Dênis Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 74 minutes, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Natanael Paraense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Diniz in the 78th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Goiás Esporte Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valdir Neves in the 79th minute. Goiás Esporte Clube's Valdir Neves was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Umberto Peres charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Umberto Peres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Diniz in the 85th minute of play. Natanael Paraense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 97th minute. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Goiás Esporte Clube.
