Soucar FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rincón de los Sauces AFC the free kick. Benicio Misael charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benicio Misael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Rincón de los Sauces AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Misael. Rincón de los Sauces AFC's Galip Öveç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feijo Calderon in the 11th minute of play. Galip Öveç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Calvo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Soucar FC's goalkeeper Ospin Campello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmelo Ortzi. In the 16th minute, Enzo Monico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Galip Öveç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemencin Abad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Soucar FC's goalkeeper Ospin Campello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmelo Ortzi. After 27 minutes of play, Soucar FC's Roberto Calvo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Galip Öveç was left in no man's land by his defense there! Polifemo Unzueta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Soucar FC defense, Claudio Jerold kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ospin Campello. The Soucar FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ospin Campello should have stopped the shot. When Enzo Monico was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. In the 37th match minute, Rincón de los Sauces AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Monico to maneuver through the defense. Galip Öveç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Polifemo Unzueta in the 39th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The supporters of Soucar FC booed when Rincón de los Sauces AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Misael didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benicio Misael got his second yellow card in the match during the 55th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 56 played minutes Rincón de los Sauces AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Misael. Carmelo Ortzi's late challenge caught a Soucar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Ortzi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Rincón de los Sauces AFC's Carmelo Ortzi got a free kick in the 58th minute. A collision led to Rincón de los Sauces AFC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ismael Mosen hit a great ball. Santiago Di María fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ospin Campello having to interfere. Rincón de los Sauces AFC were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Soucar FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Augusto Haritzeder took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Polifemo Unzueta in the 79th minute of play forced Rincón de los Sauces AFC's goalkeeper Galip Öveç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ospin Campello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Erroman, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Galip Öveç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Calvo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lisandro Erroman fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rincón de los Sauces AFC's protests and gave Lisandro Erroman a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Soucar FC booed when Rincón de los Sauces AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Erroman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Feijo Calderon could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Galip Öveç however easily saved by the left post. Clemencin Abad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Soucar FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
