In the 8th minute Narcis Olăroiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ospin Campello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jesper Nordlund during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Eda FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesper Nordlund to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Eda FF getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Stor Stakemann hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Eda FF's Narcis Olăroiu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ospin Campello narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th minute Eda FF were awarded a corner. Salvator Llanos went to the cornerflag to take it. 19 minutes into the match, Eda FF's goal looked a bit too open when Feijo Calderon came free, but Magnus Skålberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Soucar FC defense, Stor Stakemann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ospin Campello. The Soucar FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ospin Campello should have stopped the shot. Carl Biörk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Soucar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Biörk came free, but Ospin Campello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Eda FF's Stor Stakemann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ospin Campello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After 39 minutes, Locaio Soler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soucar FC and the Eda FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute, Locaio Soler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ospin Campello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stor Stakemann in the 40th minute of play. After 41 played minutes Soucar FC got a freekick which was hit by Locaio Soler. Carl Biörk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ospin Campello having to interfere. Carl Biörk succeeded in the game's 45th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Feijo Calderon to make the kick off. Carl Biörk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ospin Campello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carl Biörk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristián Castro hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, Soucar FC's goalkeeper Ospin Campello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salvator Llanos. Stor Stakemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the game, Walme Torrent was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soucar FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eda FF the free kick. Salvator Llanos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ospin Campello came out and tried to block the shot, but Salvator Llanos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 65th minute. Ospin Campello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Biörk in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Eda FF were awarded a corner. Salvator Llanos went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Carl Biörk managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When Soucar FC's Feijo Calderon in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eda FF's goalie prevented a goal. Magnus Skålberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Calvo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Ospin Campello was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Narcis Olăroiu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Narcis Olăroiu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8. Stor Stakemann was extremely unlucky when he, in the 95th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Eda FF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
