The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aitor Branca came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Dolar Blue Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aitor Branca couldn't finish the play. Chu Xiang Li received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Javier Perpiñán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match Aitor Branca climbed in front of goal and pressed up 3-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Dante Lacasa. Chu Xiang Li fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Javier Perpiñán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dolar Blue Ψ's attentive Kevin Dolar managed to snatch the ball when Leonardo Leoz made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. Dolar Blue Ψ's Javier Perpiñán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 41st minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Aitor Branca sent off a good shot on target. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aitor Branca went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 48 minutes into the match, Dolar Blue Ψ's Chu Xiang Li sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
