Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ildefonso Piarres made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizinho Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luizinho Paranaense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Ildefonso Piarres could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Dante Lacasa however easily saved by the left post. 18 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Juventus Telford's Boruc Spychalski fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Ildefonso Piarres's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Dante Lacasa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus Telford's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luizinho Paranaense came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 30 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. After 31 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. Stuart Bayne took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dante Lacasa. Mexico's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luizinho Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 37th minute of the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Piarres in the 39th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Piarres came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 minutes, Wlodzimierz Zyskowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juventus Telford and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus Telford's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luizinho Paranaense came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Juventus Telford's goalkeeper Luizinho Paranaense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Juventus Telford's Luizinho Paranaense got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Juventus Telford's Cälal Elxanov got a free kick in the 55th minute. The corner led to Mexico's Luca Rouco getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Boruc Spychalski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventus Telford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boruc Spychalski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute Cälal Elxanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Juventus Telford's goalkeeper Luizinho Paranaense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Juventus Telford's goalkeeper Luizinho Paranaense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. In the 73rd minute, Alberto Tafalla reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luizinho Paranaense. The goal made the score 0-1. 76 minutes into the match, Juventus Telford's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Luizinho Paranaense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Juventus Telford's Jake Ellerton got a free kick in the 78th minute. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho Paranaense having to interfere. In the 86th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Facundo Cadaval to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Juventus Telford fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 92 minutes, Mexico's Joel Gaona got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Luizinho Paranaense. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Piarres in the 95th minute of play. Luca Rouco lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 95th minute, one of Mexico:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mexico. In the 97th minute there was a penalty for Juventus Telford. Stuart Bayne stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dante Lacasa. 1-2. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luizinho Paranaense read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 101st minute of play. The Mexico supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mexico would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
