In the 9th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Wennerlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Wennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play forced Bispmotala BK's goalkeeper Sebastian Wennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Andersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fellipe de Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Fellipe de Mendonça hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Andreasson in the 28th minute of the match. Sebastian Wennerlund came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Andreasson in the 32nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Sebastian Wennerlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Andreasson in the 41st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bispmotala BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fellipe de Mendonça in the 42nd minute. After 44 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. Billy Andersson struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bispmotala BK. In the 46th minute, Ted Sandberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Josef Böcklund charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Josef Böcklund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd match minute, Bispmotala BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Böcklund to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita scored 0-2 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Wennerlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Agustín Saelices charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agustín Saelices the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bispmotala BK booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Saelices didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastian Wennerlund. Bispmotala BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 66th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Sebastian Wennerlund. Bispmotala BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Andreasson in the 73rd minute of play. Sebastian Wennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 78th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Andersson came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Billy Andersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Cristian Sancho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Sebastian Wennerlund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Bispmotala BK getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Andreas Åhman hit a great ball.
