An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Errapel in the 13th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SOUTH THUNDER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jeronimo Errapel in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 17th minute. Santiago Bautista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Jeronimo Errapel might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeronimo Errapel ran back to his position shaking his head. After 46 played minutes SOUTH THUNDER got a freekick which was hit by Grant Grant.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeronimo Errapel was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Xabier having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Bonifacio Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot. SOUTH THUNDER's supporters rose to their feet, but Bonifacio Arias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, SOUTH THUNDER's Bonifacio Arias ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Sebastian Xabier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 66th minute of play. In the 80th match minute, SOUTH THUNDER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grant Grant to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Xabier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 82nd minute of the match. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, SOUTH THUNDER's Jeronimo Errapel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A throw-in in the 90th minute of the game was made by Santiago Bautista with Augusto Procopio as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 92nd minute, Augusto Procopio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 0-4. When the final whistle sounded SOUTH THUNDER left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Venezuela.
