Atlético Letal's Murilo Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Atlético Letal's goalkeeper Murilo Paredes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pong Kula in the 15th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bieito Cubas in the 19th minute of the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Mina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bieito Cubas in the 27th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Atlético Letal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Moises Gayoso was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Gino Terra made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Murilo Paredes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Gino Terra made in the 34th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Roch Januszewski. Gino Terra made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Milagros Fraga scored 2-0 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Murilo Paredes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Atlético Letal's Gino Terra got a free kick in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Atlético Letal's Patryk Markowski was substituted for Roch Januszewski. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Atlético Letal's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Murilo Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Goren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Eliseo Mina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Murilo Paredes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Murilo Paredes was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 72 minutes of play, Peru's Luz Tejedor made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murilo Paredes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute, Dráusio de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murilo Paredes was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Murilo Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milagros Fraga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético Letal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eliseo Mina was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Murilo Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Peru's Rafael Gallo got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Milagros Fraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Rafael Gallo put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Murilo Paredes. In the 96th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Mina to maneuver through the defense. Peru walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
