In the 46th match minute, Estudiantes de América was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Dei to maneuver through the defense.

Estudiantes de América's Cornelio Ruisko was substituted for Traian Blăniță. Estudiantes de América's Fran Tudor was substituted for Orlando Beltza.
