Tadeo Sesuldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isidoro Sarmiento went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 17 minutes into the game, Jose Carita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club A. Chipa y Tereré the free kick. In the 17th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Carita to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Tadeo Sesuldo got control of the ball when Abraham Alguacil tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olari Mõniste during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 22 minutes into the match, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Tadeo Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felipe Ros hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Alex Cambeiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tadeo Sesuldo, 2-0. Pablo Vachon hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento scored to the left of an out of position Tadeo Sesuldo, making the score, 3-0. 37 minutes into the game, Isidoro Sarmiento recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tadeo Sesuldo. Isidoro Sarmiento showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. With an all-out effort, Panama's Tadeo Sesuldo threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Berganza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 41 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeo Sesuldo. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 45th minute, Olari Mõniste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Tadeo Sesuldo got control of the ball when Alex Cambeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paolo Tximitx made a kick off. After some careless play in the Club A. Chipa y Tereré defense, Alex Cambeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeo Sesuldo. The Club A. Chipa y Tereré fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeo Sesuldo should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tadeo Sesuldo was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. After 55 played minutes Club A. Chipa y Tereré got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Vachon. In the 57th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Sesuldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Pablo Vachon got a free kick in the 60th minute. A collision led to Club A. Chipa y Tereré getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Joaquin Gomesano hit a great ball. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play. Tadeo Sesuldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 67th minute of play forced Club A. Chipa y Tereré's goalkeeper Tadeo Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeo Sesuldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeo Sesuldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Tadeo Sesuldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Ros, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Isidoro Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Tadeo Sesuldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Tadeo Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 86th minute of play. When Paulo Segio fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club A. Chipa y Tereré's protests and gave Paulo Segio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Panama booed when Club A. Chipa y Tereré was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Segio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 88th minute of play forced Club A. Chipa y Tereré's goalkeeper Tadeo Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Sesuldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
