The referee showed 尤平伟 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, 尤平伟 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 齐军俊 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a free kick in the 9th minute. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 尤平伟, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, 干将莫邪足球俱乐部's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but 齐军俊 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's Macos Graciani was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but 齐军俊 in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 齐军俊 came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Macos Graciani. But to his dismay, Macos Graciani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of 干将莫邪足球俱乐部's 齐军俊. 齐军俊 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 齐军俊 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 白沙广 kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 26 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Felix Luque. 27 minutes into the match, 尤平伟 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa, 1-2. 齐军俊 came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 尤岚益 in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 齐军俊 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 67th minute, 尤平伟 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After 70 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Facundo Cadaval. 干将莫邪足球俱乐部's 齐军俊 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 72nd minute of play. 齐军俊 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 尤岚益 in the 74th minute of play. 高梁邦 made a great header on 干将莫邪足球俱乐部's corner, it was just that Mexico's Dante Lacasa managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving 齐军俊. That made the score 2-4 in the 77 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with 齐军俊 in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 齐军俊 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Mexico booed when 干将莫邪足球俱乐部 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. 何洲辰 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which 齐军俊 however easily saved by the left post. The 干将莫邪足球俱乐部 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
