Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Xacintu Ribeiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Xacintu Ribeiro sent off a good shot on target. 10 minutes into the game, Xacintu Ribeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 12 minutes into the match, Xacintu Ribeiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 3-0. Xacintu Ribeiro took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 19th minute, Atlético Bucaramanga's Xacintu Ribeiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xacintu Ribeiro got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xacintu Ribeiro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 25 minute of play. Xacintu Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Patrik Øskan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Atlético Bucaramanga's Patrik Øskan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 34th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xacintu Ribeiro got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xacintu Ribeiro. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xacintu Ribeiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xacintu Ribeiro in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rigoberto Mina lost his temper 53 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Atlético Bucaramanga a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hernando Harroyo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 7-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xacintu Ribeiro in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xacintu Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atlético Bucaramanga were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hernando Harroyo took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Hernando Harroyo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 70 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Xacintu Ribeiro came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernando Harroyo in the 71st minute of play. Xacintu Ribeiro scored 8-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Atlético Bucaramanga's Xacintu Ribeiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xacintu Ribeiro in the 82nd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Shawn Michaels in the 85th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. Shawn Michaels made in the 86th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Xacintu Ribeiro. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 95th minute. Atlético Bucaramanga's Jerson Gonzales managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tomas Illescas in the 97 minute of the game. Atlético Bucaramanga walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
