Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Atletico San Jacopino's Er Didia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aurelio Di Luca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 3rd minute of the match. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Er Didia sent off a good shot on target. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Di Luca having to interfere. Atletico San Jacopino's Er Didia got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baltasar Baristo went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Veto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Atletico San Jacopino's Er Didia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 34th minute, Atletico San Jacopino's Er Didia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aurelio Di Luca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. After 39 minutes, Cristian Sancho made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Atletico San Jacopino's Aurelio Di Luca tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Aurelio Di Luca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Fernando Mesquita kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Er Didia in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Atletico San Jacopino's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Luca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Er Didia in the 62nd minute of the match. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Di Luca having to interfere. After having played for 66 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Atletico San Jacopino's Fedele Marzo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 72nd minute Er Didia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atletico San Jacopino's Aurelio Di Luca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Atletico San Jacopino from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Amos Atroce managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico San Jacopino's supporters rose to their feet, but Amos Atroce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atletico San Jacopino's Fabiano Parisi was substituted for Aldo Paganelli. Felix Montenegro came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aurelio Di Luca could save by the left post. When the referee blew the final whistle, Atletico San Jacopino could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
