Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Clemente Prestes kicked off to start the match. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Severino Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 6th minute of play. Severino Madureira came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severino Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 20th minute. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Severino Madureira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Madureira came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. In the 30th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Madureira came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 39th minute, Felix Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Madureira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Severino Madureira came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Agustín Saelices. But to his dismay, Agustín Saelices quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 46th match minute, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Paulo Paiva to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Severino Madureira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Madureira having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Severino Madureira. That made the score 0-7 in the 72 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 77th minute of play forced CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Severino Madureira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severino Madureira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 86th minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edinho Aparecido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho scored 0-10 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severino Madureira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
