Ksawery Tyszka scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 19 minutes, Uku Karju mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Creekers and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Abram Sarmiento might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jude Crocker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Riley Trotter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With a little luck, Creekers's Jude Crocker got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Vistruario came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 32 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Riley Trotter in the 34th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jude Crocker, 1-2. Jude Crocker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Axel Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.

Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Vistruario in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Colombia booed when Creekers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felo Riquelme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jude Crocker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Driscoll in the 80th minute of play. Creekers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Saverio Vistruario in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Riley Trotter dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares, 3-4. Ksawery Tyszka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Reynaldo Driscoll reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Manzanares. The goal made the score 3-5. In the 95th minute, Tony Hare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Creekers left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Colombia.
