Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) USA's Cassius Byrne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the USA defense, Carolo Cambranes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Karl Jemella in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, FC Unterrudling's Karl Jemella got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute, Monty Rogers made a precise shot to the right of Karl Jemella. FC Unterrudling's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 15 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Cambranes came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Unterrudling's Salvador Musacchio. But to his dismay, Salvador Musacchio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Karl Jemella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 20th minute of play. Cassius Byrnes short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Karl Jemella to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Cambranes in the 24th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Unterrudling's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Salvador Musacchio in the 25th minute. After taking down the ball on FC Unterrudling's corner Hong Li Chuan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marco Day quite easily take care of the ball. After 29 minutes of play, USA's Monty Rogers made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl Jemella was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Federico Girotti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 45 in the game by Cassius Byrne from a close distance when the talented Karl Jemella managed to make a qualified save. FC Unterrudling's players were relieved. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Cambranes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the game, Salvador Musacchio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Unterrudling's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave USA the free kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Federico Girotti to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Girotti in the 53rd minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Musacchio in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of FC Unterrudling booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Koby Fletcher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salvador Musacchio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karl Jemella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 59th minute of play. Karl Jemella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 62nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Federico Girotti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Day was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Roque Venceslas hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Carolo Cambranes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Federico Girotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of FC Unterrudling's Karl Jemella. Karl Jemella was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Unterrudling made a substitution. Xande Xande replaced Federico Girotti. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. FC Unterrudling's Karl Jemella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khalid Parry in the 87th minute of play. Karl Jemella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 94th minute of play forced FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper Karl Jemella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
