Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Lamento Boliviano's Alexandro Aballe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lamento Boliviano's Dantel Abadie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 5th minute of play forced Lamento Boliviano's goalkeeper Dantel Abadie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dantel Abadie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Dantel Abadie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Lamento Boliviano's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Dantel Abadie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Lamento Boliviano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Estevao Abadie to maneuver through the defense. Dantel Abadie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Dantel Abadie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandro Aballe in the 16th minute of play. Dantel Abadie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustín Saelices recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dantel Abadie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of the match. Dantel Abadie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dantel Abadie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dantel Abadie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Lamento Boliviano's Dantel Abadie. Dantel Abadie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dantel Abadie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 42nd minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Lamento Boliviano's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Felix Montenegro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Dantel Abadie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dantel Abadie having to interfere. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Dantel Abadie made a huge save. In the 59th minute, Luis Andino made a precise shot to the right of Dantel Abadie. Lamento Boliviano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Felix Montenegro scored 0-5 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dantel Abadie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joel Abello kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Emilio Abarca fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dantel Abadie in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Lamento Boliviano's Estevao Abadie got a free kick in the 85th minute. Dantel Abadie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dantel Abadie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Felix Montenegro took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dantel Abadie. Dantel Abadie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Ecuador played a much better game than Lamento Boliviano and deserved their victory. The Lamento Boliviano players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
