RamPa Football Club's Paul Ramon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save RamPa Football Club from getting a goal against them. Romário Barbosa came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paul Ramon could save by the left post. RamPa Football Club's Paul Ramon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save RamPa Football Club from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, RamPa Football Club's Paul Ramon got control of the ball when Paulo Godoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. RamPa Football Club's Paul Ramon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Godoi in the 25th minute of play. Nicu Alexandrescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Allan Varela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Allan Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicu Alexandrescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute, Nicu Alexandrescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Allan Varela was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Percival Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Berker Karabey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Paulo Godoi made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicu Alexandrescu in the 51st minute of play forced Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper Allan Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 55th minute, but Allan Varela got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Palestra do Interior hanging dry this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Godoi in the 57th minute of play forced RamPa Football Club's goalkeeper Paul Ramon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herbert Pankowski kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. RamPa Football Club made a substitution. Cyrille Desplanches replaced Francesco Granata. 67 minutes into the match, RamPa Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Romário Barbosa came free, but Paul Ramon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Paul Ramon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Palestra do Interior's Evripidis Picoulas was substituted for Eugênio Alagoano. Palestra do Interior made a substitution. 吴洲坚 replaced Romário Barbosa. Palestra do Interior's Vitório Lago was substituted for Paulo Godoi. Paul Ramon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitório Lago in the 80th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, 吴洲坚 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palestra do Interior's supporters rose to their feet, but 吴洲坚 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paul Ramon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Allan Varela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arda Nurettin in the 85th minute. Arda Nurettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Allan Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arda Nurettin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Palestra do Interior's Vitório Lago got a free kick in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the match, RamPa Football Club's Arda Nurettin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Allan Varela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Vitório Lago made a precise shot to the right of Paul Ramon. RamPa Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. RamPa Football Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
