In the 34thth minute of the game Eleuterio Mirande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 36 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Edward Mcdonald. Eleuterio Mirande scored 0-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute, Monty Rogers made a precise shot to the right of Gabby Arias. Ilulea FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Raphael Moore kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 史铮坤 was the one to do the kick off. The corner led USA's Monty Rogers to fire away a dangerous shot which Gabby Arias despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eleuterio Mirande. Gabby Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Eleuterio Mirande tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 84 minutes of play, Ilulea FC's Eleuterio Mirande made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Day was left in no man's land by his defense there! USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. 91 minutes into the match, Ilulea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Khalid Parry came free, but Gabby Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Pablo Tolino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabby Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Baker, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
