In the 10th match minute, Rot-Weiss-Essen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tymoteusz Terasek to maneuver through the defense. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anestis Kotsopoulos in the 12th minute of play. Anestis Kotsopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anestis Kotsopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anestis Kotsopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anestis Kotsopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anestis Kotsopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Rot-Weiss-Essen's Maximilian Henning. But to his dismay, Maximilian Henning quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anestis Kotsopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Anestis Kotsopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. Anestis Kotsopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anestis Kotsopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. After 39 minutes of play, Rot-Weiss-Essen's Maximilian Henning made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anestis Kotsopoulos's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After the first half Rot-Weiss-Essen were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anestis Kotsopoulos made a kick off. Anestis Kotsopoulos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Jacobo Nores 51 minutes into the match. Anestis Kotsopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Anestis Kotsopoulos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 59 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anestis Kotsopoulos. Anestis Kotsopoulos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacobo Nores came out and tried to block the shot, but Anestis Kotsopoulos slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 60th minute. If Hugo Haupt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 65th minute, Anestis Kotsopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Jacobo Nores made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Hugo Haupt sent off a good shot on target. Rot-Weiss-Essen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maximilian Henning in the 68th minute. After 69 minutes, Anestis Kotsopoulos made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Anestis Kotsopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. The corner was taken by Maximilian Henning in the 78th minute. A nice corner shot did that Maximilian Henning got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacobo Nores quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hugo Haupt took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Anestis Kotsopoulos took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anestis Kotsopoulos in the 92nd minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite this Jacobo Nores quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 0-10 became the score in the 95th minute when Anestis Kotsopoulos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Rot-Weiss-Essen left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Paraguay.
