Alexis Alexandris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. José Sá made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 9th minute. In the 13th minute, Edward Mcdonald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Telis Ntasios. But to his dismay, Telis Ntasios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with José Sá in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute, Laurence Snow got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Walter Giardino came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Giardino in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexis Alexandris in the 28th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Alexis Alexandris managed to get in a good position for a shot. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexis Alexandris was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute Edward Mcdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Giardino in the 34th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Giardino in the 36th minute of play. José Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 41st minute of play. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexis Alexandris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

tHe SOnS of rAGnar made a substitution. Kosmas Salaminiotis replaced Grigoris Kornaros. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Charis Leontiou was substituted for Giannis Papoutsakis. 52 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walter Giardino. Alexis Alexandris's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marco Day firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 55th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Sá showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Telis Ntasios in the 64th minute of play. José Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 68th minute of play. Alexis Alexandris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. 75 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of tHe SOnS of rAGnar's José Sá. José Sá was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. During the 79th minute of the match Aurelio Lucian completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aurelio Lucian a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of USA booed when tHe SOnS of rAGnar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Lucian didn't get a good kick on the ball. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Aurelio Lucian kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 82nd minute of play forced tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalkeeper José Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Baker in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Sá saved tHe SOnS of rAGnar from getting behind. When USA's Jacob May in 87 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. José Sá guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. José Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Campbell in the 96th minute of play. The tHe SOnS of rAGnar players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented USA from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
