It was Axel Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. Santino Seco was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Andy Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 33rd minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 53rd minute of play forced Soda f c's goalkeeper Andy Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andy Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Soda f c's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Andy Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Axel Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Andy Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Soda f c's Zézinho Moraes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 2-3 after 70 minutes of play.
