Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Peter Kobliček started the match with the kick off. Kahyaspor's Peter Kobliček pulled a muscle in his leg after 5 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Kahyaspor's Alim Canver was substituted for Peter Kobliček. In the 4th minute, one of Costa Rica:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Costa Rica. Günalp Akcebe shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a free kick in the 10th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kahyaspor's zone, Eliseo Noboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nadir Siddik came out of the goal and Eliseo Noboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nadir Siddik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Noboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Nadir Siddik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. After 26 minutes of play, Kahyaspor's Günalp Akcebe made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kahyaspor's Nadir Siddik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Kahyaspor from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute Günalp Akcebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Alexander Carballo hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 60th minute of play forced Kahyaspor's goalkeeper Nadir Siddik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Alcocer charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Alcocer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Kahyaspor's Müjdat Öktürk got a free kick in the 67th minute. After a rather tough play, Kahyaspor's Günalp Akcebe got a free kick in the 70th minute. Nadir Siddik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 72nd minute of play. Hugo Ferrant kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nadir Siddik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nadir Siddik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match, Zafer Pınar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benito Sanz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 84 minutes into the game, Alexander Carballo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kahyaspor the free kick. Alexander Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Zafer Pınar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Alim Canver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
