Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Axel Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Carlos Quentin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pincha FC were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sergio Macerio took the corner. After taking down the ball on Pincha FC's corner Sergio Macerio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Pincha FC's goalkeeper Carlos Quentin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santino Seco. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Roldanillo in the 25th minute of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Silvino in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Marcial Roldanillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pincha FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sergio Macerio in the 29th minute. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Silvino in the 30th minute of the match. Antonio Indiano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Colombia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pincha FC:s goal. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorio Hondo in the 46th minute of the match. Kevin Mastache charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kevin Mastache the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Mastache. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. Carlos-Salvador Bilardo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Jorge Carrascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Abram Sarmiento made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Quentin. Pincha FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Carlos Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 71st minute of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Mendebal in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Ignacio Mastache notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Pincha FC's Carlos Quentin. Carlos Quentin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Quentin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Quentin came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Ignacio Mastache. But to his dismay, Ignacio Mastache quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Pincha FC's German Merexildo was substituted for Agustin Silvino. In the 91st minute, Pincha FC's Rodrigo Mendebal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-4. After 96 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Carballar.
