Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Curacao's Kyle Davies started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Sam Indonesianus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanley Wallace sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Indonesianus in the 8th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Sam Indonesianus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 23 minutes into the match, Sam Indonesianus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Indonesianus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The supporters of Menang Kalah Tawuran booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocco Owen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 27 played minutes, Menang Kalah Tawuran's Paulus Masduki shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bruno Barrett came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Menang Kalah Tawuran reached it. 28 minutes into the match, Sam Indonesianus notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 33 played minutes Menang Kalah Tawuran got a freekick which was hit by Iszur Sugandi. If Kyle Davies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sam Indonesianus might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sam Indonesianus ran back to his position shaking his head. Stanley Wallace recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Indonesianus in the 42nd minute of play. If Kyle Davies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fajar Tambunan to strike the kick off in the second half. Yanto Panjaitan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Fajar Tambunan sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute Kyle Davies shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Sawor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Fajar Tambunan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett. Fajar Tambunan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. In the 61st minute Fajar Tambunan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. Fajar Tambunan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bruno Barrett firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kyle Davies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iszur Sugandi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fajar Tambunan in the 76th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanley Wallace struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Saul Sawor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curacao. After 80 minutes, Fajar Tambunan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Menang Kalah Tawuran and the Curacao players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Fajar Tambunan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Menang Kalah Tawuran's Saul Sawor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanley Wallace in the 86th minute of play. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. The long shot by Yosef Sugandi in the 96th minute really tested Bruno Barrett's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the match was over Menang Kalah Tawuran could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Curacao throughout the match.
