After a rather tough play, Atlético Capixaba's Cristóvão Varela got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Otto Fesik ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 79thth minute of the game Cauan Botelho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Fesik came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otto Fesik, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute, Otto Fesik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Fesik in the 94th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Atlético Capixaba could leave the field as winners, despite Uruguay having more of the ball for most of the match.
