Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Los simuladores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Máté Kozák reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Pablo Paredes sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. 18 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Máté Kozák was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 20th minute. If İrfan Ünlüsoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Xabier in the 28th minute of play. Máté Kozák showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Traian Prelipceanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Traian Prelipceanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Los simuladores FC's Pablo Paredes got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Traian Prelipceanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Traian Prelipceanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, Ermegildo Xabier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ermegildo Xabier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pablo Paredes was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Los simuladores FC defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Máté Kozák. The Los simuladores FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Máté Kozák should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Máté Kozák having to interfere. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Felix Montenegro hit a great ball. Los simuladores FC's Máté Kozák proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Los simuladores FC from getting a goal against them. After 63 minutes Los simuladores FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. In the 64th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Máté Kozák made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Pablo Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los simuladores FC's goalkeeper Máté Kozák, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Los simuladores FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Tebaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Máté Kozák made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 95th minute. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Máté Kozák quite easily take care of the ball. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Los simuladores FC to leave the ground with a draw.
