Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Berganza made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the game, Hermínio Paraibano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ubatuba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panama the free kick. A collision led to Ubatuba getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Hermínio Paraibano hit a great ball. Yan do Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Ubatuba's Luiz Paulo Pereira. But to his dismay, Luiz Paulo Pereira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 15th minute Viktor Ambrosetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Ubatuba got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Pereira. In the 18th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, Ubatuba's Luiz Paulo Pereira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Manny in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Ubatuba's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Yan do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yan do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Miralles in the 31st minute of play. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Edvaldo Trevisan sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Miguel Miralles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Ubatuba's Luiz Paulo Pereira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 43rd minute of play forced Ubatuba's goalkeeper Yan do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abraham Alguacil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yan do Valle having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Pereira in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yan do Valle having to interfere. The supporters of Ubatuba booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Paulo Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Manny in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Ubatuba were awarded a corner. Jiří Brázdil went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jiří Brázdil got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcos Cotilla quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Yan do Valle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isidoro Sarmiento went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Isidoro Sarmiento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yan do Valle having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Tomas Berganza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Yan do Valle. That made the score 3-3 after 83 minutes of play. In the 86th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomas Berganza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yan do Valle. That made the score 3-4 in the 88 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Yan do Valle in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Ubatuba fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
