Honduras's Luca Espinar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Renatinho de Lima in the 32 minute of the game. Cecilio Manny succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Ambrosetti in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 57th minute of play forced Ubatuba's goalkeeper Yan do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yan do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Costa in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Luiz Paulo Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Ubatuba defense, Edmundo Espiga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yan do Valle. The Ubatuba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yan do Valle should have stopped the shot. Ivan Navarro hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Luiz Paulo Pereira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Natã do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 85 played minutes Ubatuba got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Pereira. 90 minutes into the game, Renatinho de Lima threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Honduras's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
